Introduction

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


Products & Pricing

We offer a range of fashion items that may change from time to time. Prices and product availability can change without notice. We aim to ensure all information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.


Ordering & Payment

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.


Shipping Information

UK Delivery Options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

  • Evri: 2–5 working days

  • DPD Next Day: 1 working day

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors and or when you place an order with us. 

International Delivery

  • Economy, Express and Super Express options available

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination

  • Customs delays may occur

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Free delivery is available on orders over £40

  • Orders may be shipped with a different courier if necessary

  • Backordered items will be shipped once available using the selected delivery method


Returns Policy

Returns Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of ordering

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with tags attached

  • Original invoice must be included

  • Returns form must be completed

Refunds may take up to 10 days after we receive the item.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Cosmetics

  • Underwear or personal items

  • Earrings

  • Items without tags

  • Items with smells or damage

Return Costs & Fees

  • Return postage costs may be deducted from refunds

  • A 10% handling fee may apply when returning multiple sizes

  • Returning multiple orders in one parcel may result in a 20% deduction

Late or Invalid Returns

  • Items returned outside the return window are not eligible for refund

  • You have 7 days to arrange return delivery back to you


Damaged or Faulty Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item.


Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Claims must be made with the delivery provider.


Click & Collect

  • Orders must be collected within 28 days

  • Uncollected orders will be returned to stock

  • Refunds will not be issued for uncollected items


Returns Responsibility

  • Items must be securely packaged

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed


Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
