Refund policy

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Cosmetics

  • Underwear

  • Earrings

  • Items without tags

  • Items with stains, smells or damage


Return Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return postage

  • A 10% handling fee may apply when returning multiple sizes

  • Returning multiple orders in one parcel may result in a 20% deduction

  • If a customer qualifies for free postage but subsequently returns items that reduce the order value below the required threshold, a £4 fee will be deducted.

Late Returns

Items returned outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.

If your return is rejected, you will have 7 days to arrange delivery back to you.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We recommend keeping proof of postage

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
